Cancellations and Refunds
You or Ras Car Care Mobile Detailing may cancel a job at any time for any reason. Please provide at least 24-hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a $50 rescheduling fee. You will receive a full refund (100%) of the amount prepaid if applicable (including any deposit). If Ras Car Care Mobile Detailing cancels your job you will receive a 100% refund of any prepaid fees if applicable. Ras Car Care Mobile Detailing is a mobile service and performs its service out-of-doors. If weather conditions prevent us from doing the job, your appointment will be cancelled, and neither you nor Ras Car Care Mobile Detailing will not be held liable in anyway. If and when this occurs, we will reschedule or you may request a 100% refund of any prepaid fees if applicable. All refunds are issued in the manner in which the original amount was paid (e.g., if paid by credit card, the credit card will be credited). If we arrive during the scheduled day and time and are turned away for ANY reason, OR cannot gain entrance to your vehicle for ANY reason, then you are still liable to pay the full amount of the agreed upon fee. In addition, we will wait for not more than 30 minutes from the beginning of a scheduled job, at which time the job becomes a cancellation by you and you are liable to pay the full amount of the agreed upon $50 fee.We reserve the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but wherever possible will let the customer know ahead of the appointment time. We reserve the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance to weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company. Our estimated time of arrival for our mobile services may depend on weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you the day before the scheduled appointment to confirm, give you an estimated time of arrival, and make sure weather is permitting us to work. We will contact you on the day of the appointment if we are running late or ahead of schedule. Being a mobile service we come to you expecting to have the following: An ample amount of space to perform our service, permission to be on premises if you are not the owner and a safe location as well as safe conditions to service your vehicle. If we arrive and the previous mentioned conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reschedule the service at a later time/date that works for both parties.If the service is provided at your home, please make sure to have all vehicles that will be cleaned are adjusted so we do not have to break down our setup to allow them to move. PREPARING YOUR VEHICLE Prior to our arrival, please remove all items from the vehicle. Please empty out the glove compartment and any storage compartments. Please remove all cash, jewelry, and other valuables. If for any reason you do not want a particular area of your vehicle to be cleaned or detailed, please let us know before we begin a job. We will package any personal items we find while servicing your vehicle into plastic bags and remove them from the vehicle. INSURANCE, ACCIDENTS, PRE-EXISTING CONDITION AND DAMAGE Ras Car Care Mobile Detailing is fully insured. We are fully insured to operate wherever you may need service. Our insurance covers every customer and vehicle. Notwithstanding negligence, Ras Car Care Mobile Detailing cannot be held responsible for damage to the vehicle while in our care. We are as careful as possible and if something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle, we will advise you of the incident. We will check the condition of your vehicle for any existing damage during the pre-inspection at the time we prepare for the estimate. Additional pre-existing damage may be noted as the vehicle is cleaned or detailed. We will take pictures of your vehicle immediately before we begin the job and after we have completed all services. You agree not to hold Ras Car Care Mobile Detailing liable for pre-existing damage.
