By scheduling any service with Ras Car Care Mobile Detailing you hereby agree to all terms listed on said agreement. In this Service Agreement “Agreement,” “you” and “your” refer to each “customer,” including each person (agent) you designate to act on your behalf. Ras Car Care  Mobile Detailing ,” and “we,” “us,” and “our” refer collectively to Ras Car Care LLC. This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. If you designate a person to act on your behalf “Designated Agent,” you agree that this person is your agent with full authority to act on your behalf with respect to such services and your vehicle. Please refer to the accompanying Service Order for specific information regarding the day and time of your requested detailing services (job) specific to your vehicle. By using our service you agree to the terms of this agreement, without modification CONFIRMED ONSITE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.NO PRICE IS GUARANTEED UNTIL WE HAVE SEEN THE VEHICLE IN PERSON. Our technician will provide final pricing before beginning any services. Prepaid services are eligible for refund if the client has overpaid, or does not need a service selected online. Prices displayed are NOT a guarantee of service price. All payments are completed after the service is complete and a final quality inspection has been completed with the client.
